How We Support Families
When someone you love is facing illness, cognitive decline, or a major health transition, there is rarely a clear roadmap. Most families feel overwhelmed, unsure who to trust, and afraid of making the wrong decision.
This work is deeply personal. There is no one-size-fits-all solution and no “right” amount of help to need.
Our role is to help you make sense of what is happening, understand your options, and move forward with clarity, safety, and support.
To make this easier, IHA offers three clear pathways to work together.
These are starting points, not rigid packages. Support is always tailored to your specific situation.
At this time, only private pay is accepted.

IHA provides a comprehensive review of your loved one’s medical records, translating complex clinical information into clear, understandable guidance.
IHA is able to identify key details, patterns, and potential gaps in care that families often miss.
We carefully review hospital records, physician notes, medications, and care plans to help you understand what has happened, what it means, and what may need attention moving forward. This process not only brings clarity but also empowers you to ask better questions, make more informed decisions, and advocate more effectively for your loved one.
For many families, medical records feel overwhelming and impossible to interpret. IHA turns that confusion into clarity, helping you see the full picture and move forward with confidence.

Choosing the right care facility for a loved one is one of the most important and overwhelming decisions a family can make. IHA provides expert, unbiased guidance to help you navigate this process with clarity and confidence.
IHA researches, evaluates, and vets potential facilities based on your loved one’s specific medical needs, level of care, safety considerations, and quality of life. This includes reviewing care standards, asking the right clinical questions, identifying red flags, and helping you understand what each option truly offers beyond the surface.
IHA also prepares you for tours, guides you on what to look for, and helps you compare options so you can make a well-informed decision, not one based on urgency or pressure.
Without someone who understands both the healthcare system and the realities of long-term care, families often don’t know what questions to ask or what warning signs to look for. IHA ensures you are choosing a place that is not only appropriate on paper, but truly safe, supportive, and aligned with your loved one’s needs.

Advocacy support when navigating complex insurance systems
A note on our role
The goal of our advocacy group is to empower you with clarity, confidence, and support as you navigate complex healthcare decisions.
While Melissa’s two decades of healthcare experience provides deep insight into the medical system, she is not practicing as a nurse in her role, only as your personal patient advocate. She does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Melissa’s work is strictly non-clinical.
Melissa and her advocacy team serves as your guide, translator, and strategic partner, helping you understand options, ask the right questions, coordinate care, and make informed decisions alongside your medical providers.
You remain in control of all medical decisions.
Inspired Health Advocacy Group is here to help you navigate decisions with confidence.

Not Sure Where You Fit?
That is completely normal. Most families do not know what kind of help they need until they talk it through. If you are unsure where to start, we begin with the "Clarity & Action" Strategy Session. From there, we determine together the best path forward.
You don’t have to do this alone.
